1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the tk4999 website accessible at https://tk4999.app and all associated mobile browser experiences.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any service provided by tk4999.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with tk4999.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited under applicable promotional terms.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by tk4999 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions as specified at the time of the promotion.
• "Services" includes all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, fishing games, slots, and any other gaming or wagering products available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2. Eligibility and Registration

By registering an Account on tk4999, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by tk4999 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any competitor platform.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that tk4999 does not guarantee any winnings.

tk4999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction, we may suspend the Account and withhold any Balance pending verification.

2.1 Account Verification (KYC)

tk4999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by tk4999 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account with tk4999. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly forbidden. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tk4999 will close the additional Account(s) and may confiscate any Balance or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk4999 strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified tk4999 of a suspected security breach at the earliest possible opportunity by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tk4999 customer support. Any available real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tk4999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts as permitted under applicable policy. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed by tk4999 at its discretion, with any residual Balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tk4999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to supported partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. tk4999 does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which tk4999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. tk4999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours.

tk4999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000 or in circumstances where unusual activity has been detected. Withdrawals will not be processed on Accounts that have not completed the applicable KYC verification steps.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits and any applicable weekly or monthly caps will be displayed within your Account settings. VIP Players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as determined by their VIP tier. Players wishing to increase withdrawal limits should contact customer support with supporting identification documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tk4999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the full wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Rules of Play

All games available on tk4999 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective game studio and are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to Account-level matters while the game studio's rules govern gameplay mechanics.

6.1 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed through tk4999 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet, including selection, stake, and any applicable market conditions, before confirming. tk4999 will not void or reverse a confirmed bet due to a Player's error unless a demonstrable technical fault on the Platform's part can be verified.

6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity disruption, tk4999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance. tk4999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Sportsbook and Live Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football, kabaddi, and other events, are offered subject to the availability of verified odds data. tk4999 reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time. In-play betting markets may be suspended momentarily during critical match events. Bets placed after a market has closed or after the result of the relevant event has been determined will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk4999 and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk4999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of tk4999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your Account. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tk4999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk4999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any service provided by tk4999.

tk4999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk4999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We strongly recommend that Players use up-to-date antivirus software and keep their devices and browsers updated.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of tk4999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk4999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
